Job summary

Cube Care Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Operations Manager to lead daily maintenance and laundry service operations across remote and on-site teams. You will coordinate scheduling, manage field staff and service resources, and ensure services are scheduled, completed, documented, and invoiced accurately.

You will monitor KPIs, drive operational improvements, and contribute to system enhancements in Odoo/CRM and workflows.

Qualifications

Experience managing maintenance, field service, facilities, laundry, or similar operations.
Experience supervising remote and field-based teams.
Strong Odoo/CRM or ERP experience.
Experience with scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and KPIs.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational performance.

Responsibilities

Manage daily maintenance and laundry operations.
Coordinate scheduling, field staff, drivers, and service resources.
Monitor employee productivity, workloads, deadlines, and KPIs.
Ensure completed services are properly documented and invoiced.
Monitor laundry operations, turnaround times, and deliveries.
Review operational reports and resolve delays, discrepancies, and customer issues.
Work with accounting, sales, and operations teams to resolve problems.
Support Odoo/CRM improvements, workflow development, and system testing.
Prepare weekly management reports and recommend operational improvements.
