Job summary

enGen is seeking a Mainframe Storage Administrator to join the IT Mainframe Storage Team. The role focuses on learning and implementing mainframe storage hardware and software, and supporting day-to-day operations within established standards.

You will participate in on-call rotations and work with stakeholders to design and implement scalable storage infrastructure that aligns with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing technical solutions with production support.
• 3 years of technical problem solving and cross-team collaboration experience.
• 3 years of basic computer science concepts and operating systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, test and implement technical solutions with production monitoring.
• Collaborate with IT, product, analytics and business teams to gather requirements.
• Monitor progress against schedules and report issues to leadership.
• Document processes and participate in technical reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and architecture.
