Ensono is seeking a skilled Mainframe Systems Programmer with deep CICS TS expertise to support premium clients. You will manage CSOs, diagnose and repair CICS-related issues, and participate in migrations and DR plan execution. The role requires hands-on mainframe experience and strong communication to operate across time zones.

The position offers 24/7 coverage, with a flexible schedule to support clients globally and opportunities for growth within Ensono's mainframe services division.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
5+ years on the zSeries mainframe with hands-on CICS TS and OEM product support.
Strong knowledge of CICS TS configuration and tailoring, and SMP/E usage.
Experience monitoring CICS regions and performance tools.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

Fulfill CSOs for z/OS customers relating to CICS TS and OEM products.
Provide primary support for reported CICS TS problems and OEM software issues.
Support on 24x7x365 basis across multiple time zones.
Assist migration and upgrade activities for customer environments.
Collaborate with disaster recovery services for DR plan execution.
