Job summary

Minnesota IT Services is seeking a M365 Technical Operations Lead in Vadnais Heights, MN. You will provide senior-level leadership for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure solutions across the Direct Care & Treatment partner, ensuring secure, reliable services and effective collaboration with MNIT Enterprise and vendors.

The role demands advanced expertise in M365, experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure, and a proven ability to mentor staff and guide development practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years IT experience in Microsoft 365 application development, administration, and/or technical operations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power Platform and Azure.
• SDLC practices: analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
• Troubleshooting complex incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring of staff.
• Develop and automate using PowerShell, SQL, HTML/CSS, XML, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical leadership for Microsoft 365 solutions across DCT.
• Serve as technical owner for DCT’s M365 environment and coordinate priorities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and capabilities to improve M365 services.
• Lead analysis, development, and implementation of complex solutions.
• Mentor technical staff and ensure adherence to development practices.
• Resolve complex incidents and provide cross-team collaboration.
