Job summary
Minnesota Mental Health Clinics is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to own the IT service queue and provide hands-on laptop, device, and network support across 11 clinic locations. The role includes imaging machines, onboarding new hires, and supporting on-site clinics while performing remote queue work as needed.
The position emphasizes Microsoft 365 administration, Intune management, and security enforcement in a HIPAA-regulated environment, with travel among metro locations and mileage
Qualifications
- Three+ years in IT support or systems support with escalation ownership.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
- Proficient in Windows 11 imaging, group policy, drivers, and performance diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Own the support ticket queue end to end and meet targets.
- Triage, resolve, escalate, and document tickets.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Manage device fleet in Intune / Endpoint Manager: enrollment, compliance, patching.
- Image, deploy, and retire laptops/desktops/mobile devices across locations.
- Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle planning.
- Implement security controls and HIPAA safeguards.
