Job summary

Nelnet is seeking a M365 Engineer to administer and govern SharePoint Online, Viva, Power Platform, Fabric, and Azure services, with a focus on security, governance, and adoption. You will partner with business teams to enable low-code automation and analytics, while ensuring reliable operation and documentation.

The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 workloads, Copilot readiness, and scripting across PowerShell, Graph, REST APIs, and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information science, CS, IT or related field.
• 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment is required.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva, Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Fabric or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SharePoint Online, Viva, Power Platform, Fabric, Azure services, and Copilot with governance and reliability.
• Support collaboration sites, content management, permissions, and information governance.
