Job summary

Merative seeks a governance professional to coordinate Copilot, Power Platform, Fabric governance, and ITSM processes across IT Operations and Security. You will support licensing, deployment workflows, and onboarding approvals, liaising with Microsoft support and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes security reviews, policy decisions on DSPM/DLP, and auditable governance controls within a remote-first environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance and Copilot-related controls.
• Hands-on with Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and tenant governance.
• Experience with Fabric workspaces, licensing, domains, and Data Agent governance.
• Practical knowledge of Copilot Studio agent deployment and sandbox-to-prod workflows.
• Ability to document ITSM approvals and production-readiness tracking.
• Understanding IAM, conditional access, Defender, Purview/DLP, DSPM and governance dependencies.
• Strong troubleshooting and escalation skills with Microsoft support.
• Excellent documentation and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support Copilot governance and agent controls across environments.
• Document licensing, premium capabilities, and governance recommendations.
• Configure deployment workflows from sandbox to production and manage access.
• Support ServiceNow catalogue design, ITSM readiness, and approval workflows.
• Assist security, compliance, and access governance for Copilot and agents.
