Job summary

Trustmark is seeking a Solution Engineer to lead the Microsoft Copilot, M365 Security & Governance program. You will guide the technical strategy, governance, and adoption roadmap for Copilot across the organization.

The role focuses on deployment, security, and optimization of Copilot within Microsoft 365, Purview, Defender, Security Copilot, and related AI-enabled platforms, partnering with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Legal, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 6–8 years of related experience in enterprise IT or security.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 security and governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and adoption roadmap for Copilot across the enterprise.
• Govern data protection and identity governance across Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Legal stakeholders.
• Define standards and oversee deployment and optimization of AI-powered tools.
