Job summary

Techgene Solutions is seeking a Mid to Senior Microsoft Copilot Governance Consultant to join our remote team. You will apply hands-on governance across Microsoft 365, Purview, and Power Platform, focusing on Copilot governance to enable secure, compliant AI adoption in production environments.

Responsibilities include leading client workshops, discovery sessions, and knowledge transfer while collaborating with administrators, security teams, and executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Microsoft platform experience, including 2+ years in Copilot, Copilot Studio, Purview, or Power Platform governance.
• Hands-on experience governing Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, SharePoint agents, and Agent 365.
• Experience managing agent intake, approvals, publishing, ownership, monitoring, and retirement.
• Expertise in DLP policies, connectors, knowledge sources, channels, HTTP requests, and publishing controls.
• Strong knowledge of sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, auditing, information protection, and DSPM for AI.
• Experience conducting data readiness and oversharing assessments across SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Expertise in Managed Environments, PPAC, environment strategy, security roles, and DLP policies.
• Experience with Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, approval gates, and deployment processes.
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, CA, RBAC, Azure Policy, and 365 governance.
• Experience implementing AI Centers of Excellence (CoE), monitoring and reporting frameworks, escalation workflows, and governance maturity assessments.
• Ability to lead client workshops, discovery sessions, knowledge transfer, and governance training with admins, security teams, leads, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and governance training while collaborating with administrators, security teams, technical leads, and executives.
• Implement AI governance maturity frameworks and CoE programs in production environments.
• Oversee ALM and deployment processes using Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Develop and enforce DLP policies, retention, and access controls across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
