Job summary

Tier4 Group in Milwaukee seeks a Systems Engineer to support and operationalize Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365, enabling effective Copilot usage in Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Copilot Chat, and to integrate AI into daily workflows. This role collaborates with engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure Copilot is deployed securely and governed properly.

• Experience supporting and administrating Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working independently.

• Experience collaborating with security, engineering, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and operationalize Microsoft Copilot across M365 workloads.
• Enable effective Copilot functionality in Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Copilot Chat.
• Perform analytical troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for Copilot and M365 issues.
• Integrate AI capabilities into daily business workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Build tools, automation, and self‑service capabilities to support Copilot adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure secure and governed Copilot usage.
• Translate business needs into Copilot workflows, prompts, and automation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
