Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Architect - M365 Collab to implement Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) for customers and partners.

This remote role collaborates with other architects to install, configure and deploy Microsoft 365 technologies, while guiding customers on best practices. The position requires 5+ years in solutions architecture, 3+ years with Microsoft Collaboration tech, and the ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technology.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• ImplementMicrosoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Microsoft 365 deployments.
• Lead environment discovery data collection and documentation for customer environments.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure aligned service delivery.
