Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Corporate Transactions Attorney to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, draft and redline, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

Ideal candidates have strong M&A experience, familiarity with SPAs and APAs, and the ability to translate legal insight into actionable AI feedback in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Familiarity with SPAs and APAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to M&A and contract-related scenarios.
• Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.
