Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects across the organization. You will act as a liaison between executive leadership, cross‑functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on‑budget outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, 8–10+ years in P&C insurance project management, and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to support business transitions.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and governance structures.
• Manage risks, controls, and budgets for integration initiatives.
• Communicate with leadership and stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
