Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformations. You will serve as a liaison among executives, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business (MBA preferred) and 8-10+ years of P&C insurance project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business (or related field) required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines and governance for integrations.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems and teams.
• Manage resources, vendors and stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans with milestones and budgets.
• Communicate status, risks and decisions to leadership.
• Drive process improvements and scalable solutions across the organization.
