Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager to lead M&A integration efforts across the organization. You will coordinate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives stay on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Business, 8–10+ years in P&C insurance PM, and PMP certification is preferred. You will drive strategy, risk management, and change management across complex integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: define objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, governance.
• Project Scope & Requirements: define scope, objectives, dependencies, align with priorities.
• M&A Integration Leadership: lead cross-functional integration initiatives.
• Transformation Program Management: oversee large-scale transformation projects with processes, systems, and teams alignment.
• Resource Coordination: manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: develop detailed plans, monitor progress, ensure milestones.
• Change Management: manage changes, scope adjustments, execution activities.
• Risk Management: identify risks, develop mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: develop plans and provide updates to leadership.
• Performance Measurement: use metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Documentation & Governance: maintain project docs and logs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with business leaders, technology, Finance, HR.
• Process Improvement: identify optimization opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
• Leadership & Professional Development: demonstrate project leadership and change capabilities.
