Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management experience in P&C insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation programs and ensure timelines and budgets.
