Job summary

Pave America HQ LLC is seeking an Integration Manager to lead post-close integration across finance, IT, HR, operations, and systems. You will build the 100-day and 12-month plans, manage a master schedule with hundreds of tasks, and coordinate multiple workstreams to keep an active pipeline on track.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of project/program management, M&A integration, or operations experience.
• Ability to manage large, cross-functional task plans with disciplined scheduling.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the master integration schedule across eight+ workstreams.
• Lead weekly cadence, track milestones, report status to VP of Value Creation.
• Coordinate owners, confirm dependencies, and hold stakeholders to dates.
• Translate diligence findings into executable 100-day and 12-month plans.
• Create dashboards and visual status reports for executives.
