Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformations across the organization. You will liaise with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure on-schedule, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business (MBA preferred), 8–10+ years in project management with P&C insurance experience, and strong leadership, stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects from planning through execution and delivery

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps and governance structures that support organizational goals.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Manage resources and vendors to allocate support and capabilities.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and track milestones within budget.
