Job summary

BCTS INTERMEDIATE LLC in Kansas seeks an Integrations Manager to lead post-close integration programs, convert diligence findings into repeatable playbooks, and act as the day-to-day quarterback of integration execution.

You will own the integration plan, RAID logs, governance cadence, and cross-functional coordination across finance, HR, IT, and field ops, driving realized synergies and timely reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in M&A integration, PMO, or corporate strategy.
• Proven ability to manage RAID logs, project plans, and governance cadences.
• Strong cross-functional influencing skills across finance, HR, IT, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-close integration program.
• Build and maintain integrated plans and RAID logs.
• Define governance cadence and report progress to senior leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration execution.
• Track synergies and help ensure timely delivery.
