Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services partnered with an exciting company to hire an M&A Integration Manager. This role leads high‑impact integration, carve‑out, and transformation initiatives while partnering with executive leadership, private equity sponsors, and cross‑functional teams.

You will drive transaction execution, capture synergies, and build scalable processes for long‑term growth. Remote work is supported, with base salary ranging from $175,000 to $235,000 and a substantial bonus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of M&A integration, carve-out, or transaction advisory experience required.
• Management consulting or Big 4 transaction advisory experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
• Financial modeling and operational analysis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration, carve-out, and business transformation initiatives from planning through execution, including Day 1 and Day 100 readiness.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, executive leadership, and external advisors to drive alignment throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Oversee project governance, executive reporting, risk mitigation, and milestone execution across integration workstreams.
• Manage Transition Services Agreements (TSAs), including planning, cost oversight, execution, and exit strategies.
• Assess business processes, develop target operating models, and identify synergy opportunities to support post-transaction value creation.
