The position requires defining roadmaps, managing risks, tracking milestones, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable value for IOA and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations desirable.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, objectives, and governance structures.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation programs aligning processes and systems.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor milestones against budget.
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Drive continuous process improvements and organizational change.
