Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A initiatives in the Eastern Time Zone. You will plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects across the organization, serving as the liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners.

This role requires a business degree and 8–10 years in P&C insurance, plus experience leading M&A integrations. You will develop roadmaps, manage risks, monitor milestones, and drive alignment to stay on schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Proven leadership with ability to drive results and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Project Scope & Requirements: Define scope, objectives, dependencies, and align with business priorities.
• M&A Integration Leadership: Lead integration initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Transformation Program Management: Oversee large-scale transformation projects.
• Resource Coordination: Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: Develop plans, monitor progress, ensure milestones within budget.
• Change Management: Manage changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership.
• Performance Measurement: Use PM tools and metrics to evaluate progress.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain project docs and governance records.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across functions to drive alignment.
