Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A in the Eastern Time Zone. This role leads merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformation programs, coordinating executive leadership with cross-functional teams and external partners.

The position requires 8–10 years in PM and P&C insurance, a business degree (MBA preferred), and often PMP certification. Expect hybrid work with some on-site collaboration, and a focus on governance, risk, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs ensuring alignment of processes, systems, and objectives.
• Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and meet milestones.
• Manage changes, scope, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks and mitigate effectively.
• Communicate status and decisions to leadership.
• Document governance records and project artifacts.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and external partners.
• Drive continuous process improvements and efficiency.
