Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects across the organization. This role acts as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

The incumbent will develop project frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and drive organizational alignment to keep initiatives on schedule, within budget, and aligned with

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business (or related field) is required.
• 8-10 years P&C insurance experience managing a book.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute merger & acquisition integration projects.
• Serve as a liaison between leadership, cross-functional teams, and partners.
• Develop project frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and drive alignment.
• Define objectives, roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects and ensure budget adherence.
• Manage internal resources and external vendors.
• Develop communication plans and provide leadership updates.
