Raydar is seeking a mid-level M&A Associate to own day-to-day progress of corporate acquisition and sale transactions on a small deal team with light partner oversight. You will lead diligence, draft and negotiate deal documents, finalize closings, and serve as a trusted client contact across cross-border matters.

The role requires 3–6 years of M&A experience, a JD with good standing, and the ability to manage transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of dedicated M&A experience at a large firm, midsize firm or reputable boutique.
• JD and good standing in a US state bar.
• Experience advising sellers and transactions centered on strategic corporate deals.
• Ability to independently draft and negotiate purchase agreements and related documents.
• Capacity to run a transaction from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Polished, responsive client presence as primary contact with minimal oversight.

Responsabilités

• Lead transactions from kickoff through completion, including diligence and closing.
• Draft and negotiate definitive deal documents such as purchase agreements, LOIs, term sheets.
• Advise on cross-border transactions and transactions where client is acquiring or selling a business.
• Serve as main client contact and negotiate with opposing counsel.
• Prepare and track closing deliverables to keep deals on schedule.
• Take on general corporate work when deal volume is light.
• Help build out the firm's transactional practice.
