You'll draft and negotiate definitive documents, coordinate due diligence, and advise clients on general corporate matters, with cross-functional deal teams and close partner guidance.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of dedicated transactional M&A work at a law firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and cross-functional deal management abilities.
• Active state bar license.
