Job summary

Raydar is seeking a senior M&A attorney to lead technology-sector sale transactions through all stages with a high degree of autonomy.

You will prepare and negotiate acquisition agreements, letters of intent and term sheets, oversee mid-market deal workstreams, and develop ongoing relationships with founders and their companies. When deal flow slows, you’ll handle related corporate and venture financing matters.

Qualifications

• Dedicated M&A experience at a leading large law firm, focused on strategic deals.
• Deal sheet showing $50M+ transactions led or co-led.
• Ability to independently draft and negotiate core transaction documents.
• Comfort handling general corporate and venture financing work between deals.
• Desire for ownership and autonomy in client relationships.
• Availability to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Take sell-side technology transactions from kickoff through closing with a high degree of independence.
• Prepare and negotiate acquisition agreements, letters of intent and term sheets.
• Oversee transaction workstreams for mid-market deals.
• Pick up purchase-side matters and broader corporate and financing work when deal activity is lighter.
• Develop and manage ongoing relationships with founders and their companies.
