Job summary

Raydar, on behalf of a client law firm, seeks an M&A associate to own the day-to-day progress of corporate transactions, leading a small deal team with light partner oversight. Responsibilities include diligence, drafting, negotiating and finalizing closings, and acting as a trusted client contact.

Requirements include 3–6 years of M&A experience, a JD and US bar admission, and the ability to handle transactions end-to-end with minimal supervision. Remote US, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of dedicated M&A experience at a large firm, midsize firm, or reputable boutique.

Responsibilities

• Lead transactions from kickoff through closing, including diligence and closing processes.
• Draft and negotiate definitive deal documents (purchase agreements, LOIs, term sheets).
• Advise on cross-border transactions and interactions with clients' counsel.
• Serve as main client contact with minimal supervision.
