Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience with time as an Associate at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop storyline, executive summaries, slide structures and data-driven exhibits for client-ready decks.
