Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to place experienced M&A associates on a flexible, remote engagement. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks, covering storyline development, executive summaries, and client-ready deck production.

We seek candidates with 3+ years of M&A at top firms, expert PowerPoint skills, and precise written communication to support high-stakes client deliverables across multiple hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
