Job summary

Ethos is collaborating with a leading foundational AI lab to recruit experienced M&A associates for training their language model on professional presentations and slide decks. The role is fully remote and flexible, with 5-20 hours per week and compensation at $100 per hour.

Candidates should have 3+ years of M&A experience at top firms and possess expert slide craftsmanship, storytelling, and executive summary writing ability to deliver client-ready decks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience with time as an Associate at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim)
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data‑driven exhibit design, and client‑ready deck production
• Produce high‑quality decks for professional presentations while maintaining client confidentiality and deadline discipline
