Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced M&A associates from top banks to help train their AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We are looking for individuals with 2+ years at bulge bracket or elite boutiques to craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across pitch books, company profiles, comps, CIMs, and management decks.

This flexible, fully remote engagement pays $100 per hour, with 5-20 hours per week (more if desired). Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment banking at a bulge bracket or elite boutique.
• Strong expertise in pitch book structure, comps pages, and banker-standard formatting.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (pitch book production, company profiles, comps pages, CIM drafting).
• Ensure banker-standard formatting and high attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Collaborate with teams to train the AI model on professional presentation tasks.
