Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire experienced financial advisory associates from top firms to train its language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We seek candidates with 3+ years total M&A experience to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across storyline development, executive summaries, and slide structure.

This is fully remote, with a flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Start ASAP. Compensation is $100/hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience with time as an Associate at top firms.
• Strong ability to craft and structure professional slide decks.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop storylines, executive summaries, and slide structure for client-ready decks.
• Support training of the language model on professional presentation tasks.
