Job summary

Ethos is collaborating with a leading AI lab to recruit seasoned M&A associates (3+ years at top firms) to train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide decks. This fully remote, flexible engagement expects 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks, develop storylines and executive summaries, structure slides, design exhibits, and deliver client-ready decks with precise PowerPoint craft and written communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience with time as an Associate at a top firm.
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for training language models.
• Develop storyline, executive summaries, slide structuring, and exhibit design for client-ready decks.
• Collaborate with senior teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact of every deck.
