Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced transaction advisory associates to help train its latest AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of M&A experience at top firms and are expert in structured storytelling, slide craftsmanship, and executive-summaries.

This is a fully remote, flexible engagement at $100 per hour, with a commitment of 5–20 hours per week (more if desired).

Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
• Develop and refine deck narratives and visuals to support professional presentations.
