The RealReal is seeking experienced luxury sales professionals to join as Luxury Sales Specialists. This 100% commission-based, part-time role leverages your existing book of high-net-worth clients to source premium consignments.

You’ll work remotely across the United States, travel regionally as needed, and manage end-to-end client relationships with a white-glove approach. Develop your network, coordinate valuations and shipments, and participate in exclusive incentive programs and monthly

Qualifications

• Proven track record in luxury sales and relationship-building.
• Extensive network of high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source premium consignments from your book of high-net-worth clients.
• Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and secure shipment to authentication centers.
• Travel within your regional market to meet clients on-site as needed.
• Manage client pipeline using CRM tools.
