Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. seeks an established Luxury Sales Specialist. This 100% commission-based, part-time role rewards you for leveraging your existing high-net-worth network to source luxury consignments. It’s remote and field-based across US cities, with extensive training and support.

Ideal candidates have a proven luxury retail background and a robust network. You’ll travel within your regional market and uphold white-glove service for VIP clients.

Qualifications

• Current or prior experience in personal styling, luxury retail sales, real estate, interior design, or high-end public relations.

Responsibilities

• Monetize Your Existing Network: Leverage your established book of business—including VIP contacts, stylists, personal shoppers, and affluent individuals to source high-quality luxury consignments and drive new sellers to TRR.
• Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with high net worth clients through a highly personalized, white-glove service.
• Drive Independent Growth: Develop and execute your own creative outreach and networking strategies to consistently bring in high-end luxury consignments and cultivate deeper longer lasting client relationships.
• Secure luxury items from clients and seamlessly coordinate pickup, valuation, and secure shipment to our authentication centers.
• A robust, active personal and professional network capable of immediately generating recurring, high-value luxury consignment opportunities and new sellers.
• Luxury Brand Expertise: Deep knowledge of and passion for top-tier luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.
• Sophisticated Relationship Management: Exceptional professionalism and the business acumen required to maintain trust with high-net-worth individuals.
• Digital Proficiency: Comfort utilizing CRM tools and digital platforms to manage your client pipeline.
• Mobility: Ability to travel within your regional market to meet clients on-site as needed.
• Car insurance meeting local requirements and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
