The RealReal, Inc. seeks established, highly autonomous luxury professionals to join as Luxury Sales Specialists. This part-time, 100% commission-based role leverages your existing network to source high-quality consignments and drive new sellers to TRR.

Remote, field-based work allows you to operate across a wide US market. As a premier brand ambassador, you will secure luxury items, coordinate logistics, and deliver white-glove service to high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Established book of business and current networks ready for immediate high-value consignments.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Strong professionalism to maintain trust with high-net-worth individuals.
• Comfort with CRM and digital platforms to manage client pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network by sourcing high-quality luxury consignments from private clients.
• Cultivate elite client relationships with a personalized, white-glove service.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to bring in high-end consignments and deepen client relations.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Deliver a flawless, premium experience throughout the consignment lifecycle.
