Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an established luxury professional to join as a Luxury Sales Specialist. This is a 100% commission-based, remote field role with part-time hours, designed for self-starters who already have a deep network in the high-net-worth sector.

You will leverage your book of business to source high-value consignments, nurture elite client relationships, and coordinate logistics from pickup to authentication centers, while delivering a white-glove service.

Qualifications

• Established book of business with VIP/affluent contacts.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands (handbags, jewelry, watches, ready-to-wear).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network by sourcing high-quality luxury consignments and new sellers.
• Cultivate elite client relationships with a white-glove service.
• Drive independent growth through creative outreach and networking strategies.
• Manage end-to-end logistics including pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Deliver a premium customer experience to ensure client retention and repeat business.
