The RealReal is seeking established luxury professionals to join as a Luxury Sales Specialist. This is a 100% commission-based role leveraging your existing network to source high-value consignments and drive new seller sign-ups.

Work remotely across the US with flexible hours and uncapped earning potential for self-starters who know the luxury market, travel within your regional market to meet clients on-site as needed, and use CRM tools to manage your client pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source high-value luxury consignments from private clients.
• Maintain long-term relationships with high net-worth clients.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Manage client pipeline using CRM tools.
• Travel within your regional market to meet clients on-site as needed.
