The RealReal is seeking established, highly autonomous luxury professionals to join us as Luxury Sales Specialists. This 100% commission-based, remote role leverages your existing network to source high-value luxury consignments from private clients.

This is a part-time position with uncapped earning potential and flexible, field-based work across the United States. Ideal candidates bring a proven book of business in luxury, exceptional relationship skills, and a self-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Established book of business and networks ready to monetize.
• Deep knowledge of top luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive results.
• Exceptional professionalism in handling high-net-worth relationships.
• Comfort with CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client pipelines.
• Willingness to travel within your regional market to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network by sourcing high-quality consignments and bringing in new sellers.
• Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to continuously source luxury consignments.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Provide a premium, white-glove service to maximize client retention.
