The RealReal, Inc. seeks Luxury Sales Specialists who bring an established personal network in the luxury sector. This 100% commission-based, part-time role rewards uncapped earnings for self-starters with deep connections to high-net-worth clients.

You will monetize your network, nurture elite client relationships, and manage end-to-end logistics from pickup to authentication. Travel to meet clients within your regional market may be required.

Qualifications

• Established network capable of sourcing high-value luxury consignments.
• Deep knowledge of top-tier luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, Ready-to-Wear.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive results.
• Proficient with CRM tools to manage client relationships and pipelines.
• Willingness to travel within regional markets to meet clients on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network to source consignments and attract new sellers.
• Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with high net-worth clients.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to bring in high-end consignments.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipping to authentication centers.
• Provide a premium, white-glove service throughout the consignment lifecycle.
