Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an established Luxury Sales Specialist to monetize an existing book of business in a remote, field-based role with 100% commission and uncapped earnings potential.

You will source high-value consignments, cultivate elite client relationships, coordinate logistics, and drive growth by leveraging your network in the luxury sector. Prior luxury retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Established book of business capable of sourcing recurring high-value luxury consignments.
• Deep knowledge of top-tier luxury brands across handbags, jewelry, watches and ready-to-wear.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network to source high-quality luxury consignments.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through white-glove service.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to bring in consignments and grow your client base.
