The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an autonomous Luxury Sales Specialist to leverage an established network for sourcing luxury consignments.

This remote, part-time role offers uncapped commissions and requires strong relationship skills to manage high-net-worth clients. Ideal candidates will have a deep knowledge of luxury brands, be comfortable using CRM tools, and travel within their regional market as needed.

Qualifications

• Established book of business and strong network in luxury
• Experience in luxury retail or related high-end fields preferred
• Ability to manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and provide white-glove service
• Comfort using CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client pipeline

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network to source high-quality luxury consignments
• Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to generate high-value consignments
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers
• Leverage your network across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear
