Goldener Hirsch, Auberge Collection is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to expertly curate luxury resort reservations for discerning guests in Park City, UT. The role requires delivering personalized, memorable service and maintaining thorough knowledge of all resort offerings.

Ideal candidates will have strong hospitality and sales skills, be able to engage guests professionally by phone and email, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure flawless experiences and impeccable

Qualifications

• Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort.
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.
• Must possess gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner and ability to engage in a positive manner with each and every guest.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Creating a genuine, informative, and personalized guest resort reservations experience by accurately inputting guest contact information.
• Responding to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, general questions about accommodations, pricing, and special offers.
• Maintaining complete knowledge of the resorts and other information including hours of operation, accommodations, rates, packages, spa offerings, and local amenities.
• Assisting and ensuring effective guest challenge resolution with other departments to exceed expectations.
• Ensuring that all billing and financial transactions are accurately and efficiently executed on behalf of guests.
• Upselling services and offerings to educate guests about resort offerings.
