Job summary

Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Collection in Austin, Texas, seeks a Reservations Agent to join our luxury hospitality team. You will curate reservations for discerning guests with grace, ensuring personalized service that reflects our estate’s opulence and signature experiences.

The ideal candidate has two years in hospitality or reservations, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to work with other departments.

Qualifications

• Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort.
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.
• Must possess gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner and ability to engage in a positive manner with each and every guest.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
• This role is remote and you must reside in the state of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Creating a genuine, informative, and personalized guest resort reservations experience by accurately inputting guest contact information.
• Responding to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, general questions about accommodations, pricing, and special offers.
• Maintaining complete knowledge of the resort’s facilities/services, hours, accommodations, rates, packages, promotions, and local area information.
• Assisting and ensuring effective guest challenge resolution, coordinating with other departments to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensuring that all billing and financial transactions are accurately and efficiently processed on behalf of guests.
