Commodore Perry Estate, Austin, by Auberge Collection, is seeking a Server Assistant to support our dining team and elevate guest experiences. You will help maintain a smooth service flow and contribute to a memorable visit in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Back Server preferred.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and clearing tables, arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items to keep dining area clean.
Assist servers in delivering beverages, refilling drinks, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
Assist guests, answer questions, accommodate special requests, and ensure guest comfort throughout the dining experience.
Collaborate with servers and staff to ensure efficient service, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, wipe tables, chairs, and surfaces, and follow food safety protocols.
