Qualifications

• Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position (luxury preferred).
• Ability to write professional business correspondence.
• Gracious, guest-focused sales skills and a friendly, engaging phone manner.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Input guest contact information accurately to create a genuine reservations experience.
• Respond to inquiries about room reservations, availability, pricing, and offers.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities, hours, accommodations, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Assist in resolving guest challenges with cross-department collaboration and follow-through.
• Ensure billing and financial transactions are accurate and processed for guests.
• Upsell services and resort offerings where appropriate.
