Job summary

Farfetch is seeking a Private Client Stylist based in the United States, fully remote with client meetings in Miami. You will nurture high‑value client relationships, leverage Looker and Salesforce to analyse data, and exceed personal sales targets within a luxury fashion context.

You will collaborate with the Private Client Manager, build personalised client experiences, and participate in events to drive loyalty and growth across the North American client base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fashion sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Deep knowledge of current international fashion trends and products.
• Existing strong client book, primarily North America-based.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Farfetch Private Client base by engaging existing clients, reactivating lapsed ones, and cultivating new high‑value prospects.
• Segment client books to maximize personalised engagement and impact based on shopping behaviour.
• Exceed client expectations and maintain relationships to enable personal sales targets and KPI achievement.
• Align personal objectives with company strategy and regional objectives.
• Collaborate with Private Client Manager to analyse weekly/monthly data and provide feedback on projects and regional insights.
• Learn and use Looker and Salesforce to analyse data, identify trends, and drive sales decisions.
• Create personalised client assets highlighting new products and designers relevant to clients’ interests.
• Propose and co-host acquisitions events with Senior Stylists and participate in external networking events.
• Share product knowledge, brands, and trends with clients and team.
