Job summary

FASHIONPHILE, a leader in ultra-luxury re-commerce, is seeking a Client Advisor to work remotely from one of our approved states. You will cultivate relationships with discerning clients, drive sales and procurement, and provide personalized recommendations reflecting our brand standards.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Client Services, Retail and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience, leveraging knowledge of luxury handbags and KPIs to meet ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of luxury sales or client relationship management experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, driving sales and procurement.
• Expand client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Curate bespoke product selections and stay informed about trends and inventory.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Client Services, Retail and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Other duties as required.
